Please Read Before Booking

1. Booking Requests

Clients must complete the photography request form and select the service that most closely matches their needs. Available options may include preschool or Picture Day, weddings, family portraits, headshots, real estate photography, brand building, boudoir, events, content creation, or other photography services.

Select “Other” and provide additional details when the desired service is not listed.

After receiving the request, OKC Media will review the project, confirm availability, discuss the requested date and location, and provide an invoice or additional instructions.

A session is not officially booked or reserved until all required payment has been received and OKC Media has confirmed the appointment.

2. Pricing and Service Fees

General Photography Sessions

• Photography sessions start at $99.
• A $19.99 booking fee applies.
• Mobile travel is $15 within OKC city limits.
• Travel outside OKC city limits starts at $25.

Real Estate Photography

• Real estate photography starts at $99 for properties up to 1,000 square feet.
• Larger properties are priced according to square footage, project requirements, and the requested deliverables.
• A $19.99 booking fee applies.
• There is no real estate travel fee within OKC city limits.
• Real estate travel outside OKC city limits starts at $25.
• An edited real estate social media reel of up to 30 seconds may be added for $75.

Picture Day

Picture Day services are available for schools, daycares, preschools, homeschool programs, and similar organizations.

• Picture Day starts as low as $9.99 per child.
• A $19.99 booking fee applies.
• Travel is $15 within OKC city limits.
• Travel outside OKC city limits starts at $25.

Final pricing may vary according to the number of participants, location, session length, property size, event duration, requested editing, products, licensing, or other project requirements. Any additional charges will be disclosed before the service is confirmed.

3. Payment Policy

Photography services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless OKC Media approves another payment arrangement in writing.

The session date is not reserved until the required invoice has been paid and the booking has been confirmed by OKC Media.

Additional products, session time, upgrades, location charges, or services requested after booking must be paid before delivery of the final images. When payment is due at the session, cash is preferred.

Credit and debit card payments are subject to an additional processing fee. Any applicable processing fee will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing invoices and confirming that the service, date, location, and contact information are correct before making payment.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Booking fees and travel fees are non-refundable.

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Any refund, partial refund, account credit, or transfer of payment is granted solely at the discretion of OKC Media.

When approved, an eligible payment may be transferred as a credit toward another photography session instead of being returned as cash. Any credit must be used within the timeframe communicated by OKC Media.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Clients should contact OKC Media as soon as possible when a date must be changed. Repeated rescheduling, late cancellations, or failure to appear may result in the loss of payments or require a new booking fee.

Failure to arrive or communicate within a reasonable period after the scheduled start time may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including the session type, address, preferred date, number of participants, property size, event schedule, and any special requests.

Clients are also responsible for securing permission to enter and photograph at the requested property, venue, school, business, or event location.

For sessions involving children or minors, the person booking the service represents that they are authorized to approve the child’s participation or will obtain authorization from the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Clients must disclose venue rules, access restrictions, photography restrictions, parking charges, admission charges, safety concerns, and other requirements before the session. Additional costs created by undisclosed location requirements may be added to the final invoice.

6. Late Arrivals and Session Time

Clients should be ready at the scheduled session time. Late arrival may reduce the available photography time and does not automatically extend the session.

Additional photography time may be provided when available and may require an additional fee.

7. Editing and Image Delivery

Standard delivery for real estate photography is within 72 hours, unless a different turnaround is stated in the invoice or service description.

• Twenty-four-hour rush delivery: add $50.
• Same-day delivery: add $100, subject to availability.

Delivery times begin after the photography service has been completed and all required payments, selections, instructions, and information have been received.

Turnaround times for weddings, events, Picture Day, commercial projects, large galleries, advanced retouching, video, or other specialty services may vary and will be communicated separately.

OKC Media determines the final editing style and selects the images suitable for delivery. Unedited files, rejected images, test images, duplicate images, and RAW files are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Additional retouching or revision requests outside the original service may require an additional fee.

8. Copyright and Client Image Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OKC Media retains the copyright to photographs, video, edits, and other creative work produced by OKC Media.

After full payment, clients receive permission to use the delivered content for the purposes associated with the purchased service.

• Personal portrait clients may use delivered images for personal sharing, printing, and personal social media.
• Real estate clients may use delivered media to market the photographed listing and promote their real estate services.
• Business, brand, artist, and content clients may use delivered media for the business or promotional purposes included in their purchased service.

Images may not be resold, transferred to another business, entered into commercial licensing arrangements, materially altered, or used for unrelated advertising without written permission from OKC Media.

Clients may not apply filters, artificial-intelligence alterations, heavy edits, or modifications that misrepresent the quality or authorship of OKC Media’s work without permission.

9. Portfolio and Promotional Use

OKC Media may request permission to display selected images or video in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, sample galleries, or other promotional materials.

A client may request privacy before the session or before image publication. Separate written consent may be required for commercial promotional use, school photography, boudoir photography, confidential projects, or photographs prominently featuring minors.

OKC Media will not sell a client’s likeness to an unrelated third party without appropriate permission.

10. Weather, Safety and Unavoidable Events

Outdoor sessions may be postponed or rescheduled because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, location restrictions, emergencies, illness, equipment problems, transportation problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

OKC Media reserves the right to stop or refuse a service when the environment is unsafe, unlawful, threatening, abusive, or unsuitable for the requested work.

When OKC Media cannot complete a service because of an event outside the client’s control, OKC Media may reschedule the service, provide an account credit, or determine another reasonable solution.

11. Limitation of Liability

OKC Media will use reasonable care when photographing, storing, editing, and delivering client content. However, no digital, electronic, or physical storage method is completely free from risk.

To the extent permitted by law, OKC Media’s total financial responsibility for a claim connected to a service will not exceed the amount the client paid for the affected service.

OKC Media is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, platform restrictions, MLS rejection, social-media performance, printing differences, or third-party use of content after delivery.

12. Third-Party Services

OKC Media may use third-party services for website hosting, forms, scheduling, invoices, payment processing, galleries, file delivery, email, text messaging, analytics, or other business operations.

Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. OKC Media does not control the availability, security, or policies of independently operated third-party platforms.

13. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you visit the website, submit a form, request a quote, communicate with OKC Media, or book a service, we may collect:

• Your telephone number
• Your email address
• Your preferred contact method
• Your requested photography service
• Your preferred date and location
• Property or project information
• Session details and special requests
• Invoice and transaction information
• Messages and customer-service communications
• Basic website, browser, device, cookie, or analytics data

How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Respond to inquiries and booking requests
• Confirm availability and schedule services
• Prepare quotes, agreements, and invoices
• Process and document payments
• Communicate about a session or project
• Deliver photographs, videos, or galleries
• Provide customer support
• Maintain business and transaction records
• Protect the website and prevent misuse
• Improve services and website performance
• Send service-related or promotional communications when permitted
• Comply with legal obligations

Payment Information

Card payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. OKC Media does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its website.

Sharing Information

OKC Media does not sell personal information. Information may be provided to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business, process payments, communicate with clients, deliver galleries, maintain the website, or provide requested services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, fraud investigation, safety concern, or the protection of legal rights.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies, analytics tools, embedded content, or similar technologies to remember preferences, measure website activity, improve functionality, and understand how visitors use the website.

Visitors may adjust cookie controls through their browser. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features.

Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, process tax or accounting requirements, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable law.

Information Security

OKC Media uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no website, electronic transmission, online platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Privacy Requests

You may contact OKC Media to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained about you, subject to identity verification, operational requirements, recordkeeping obligations, and applicable law.

You may also request to stop receiving promotional email or text communications. Service-related communications regarding an active request, invoice, appointment, or completed project may still be sent when necessary.

Children’s Information

Picture Day and family photography may involve children. Booking and contact information should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, school, daycare, preschool, or other authorized adult or organization.

Children should not independently submit personal information through the website.

External Links

The website may contain links to independently operated websites or services. OKC Media is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those third parties.

14. Changes to These Policies

OKC Media may update these policies when services, prices, procedures, technologies, or legal requirements change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Policies in effect when a service is booked will generally govern that booking unless a later written agreement states otherwise.

15. Governing Law and Severability

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any portion of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
